The Downtown Room is owned and operated by Once Upon a Party and the statement for your booking transaction may note that.

With your rental, you’ll get access to the main showroom area with the wall of windows, all chairs and couches, and a restroom in the outdoor hallway. The kitchen and two separate rooms are private and entering is not permitted. Photography services are not included with studio bookings.

We know how much this space means to the community. It was important for us to keep the studio open for you to continue to create in, while also keeping our own interests in mind. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
